Terms and Conditions for CleanServices Jacksonville

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our website, booking platform, or services. By accessing this website, submitting a form, requesting a quote, booking services, contacting us, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions are set forth by CleanServices Jacksonville, operated by CleanServices USA LLC, and will be fully enforced.

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. These definitions shall have the same meaning whether they appear in singular or plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:

Affiliate means an entity that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with a party, where “control” means ownership of fifty percent (50%) or more of the shares, equity interest, or other securities entitled to vote for election of directors or other managing authority.

Company (referred to as “the Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to CleanServices Jacksonville, operated by CleanServices USA LLC, with a business address of 2423 Lake Shore Blvd., Jacksonville, FL 32210.

Country refers to Florida, United States.

Booking Platform refers to the Company’s third-party booking system, including csjbooking.com and associated service booking pages used in connection with CleanServices Jacksonville.

Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, cellphone, or digital tablet.

Service refers to the Website, Booking Platform, and any related services, communications, estimates, scheduling activity, and cleaning services offered by the Company.

Terms and Conditions (also referred to as “Terms”) mean these Terms and Conditions that form the entire agreement between You and the Company regarding the use of the Service.

Third-Party Services means any services, software, tools, platforms, processors, or content provided by a third party that may be displayed, included, linked, or made available through the Service.

Service Requests, Estimates, and Bookings

Submitting a form, quote request, booking request, or inquiry does not automatically guarantee service availability or acceptance. All bookings, estimates, schedules, and service appointments are subject to Company review, availability, scope confirmation, pricing confirmation, and operational approval.

The Company reserves the right to decline, reschedule, modify, limit, or cancel services when necessary due to safety concerns, access limitations, service scope discrepancies, operational constraints, policy violations, non-payment risk, or other legitimate business reasons.

SMS Communications and Consent

By providing Your phone number through our Website, Booking Platform, email, phone communication, or other service request channels, You may consent to receive service-related SMS communications from CleanServices Jacksonville, operated by CleanServices USA LLC.

These messages may include, but are not limited to:

– Appointment confirmations
– Scheduling and rescheduling updates
– Booking reminders
– Technician arrival notifications
– Service updates
– Customer support communications
– Follow-up communications related to requested or active services

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase. If a checkbox is used on a form or booking page for SMS consent, it is intended to be optional and not required for unrelated actions. We reserve the right to rely on documented written, digital, email, booking-form, or verbal consent where permitted for service-related communications.

We do not sell, rent, or share phone numbers or SMS consent information with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Third-Party Links and Services

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, or services that are not owned or controlled by the Company, including but not limited to booking providers, payment processors, analytics tools, map providers, advertising services, and embedded content.

The Company has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy practices, terms, or operations of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that the Company shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage, loss, issue, or claim caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such third-party content, goods, or services.

Payments, Charges, and Billing

Recurring and Airbnb / Short-Term Rental Services

Charge Schedule:
– Cleanings scheduled between the 1st and the 15th of the month may be charged on the 1st of the month.
– Cleanings scheduled between the 16th and the last day of the month may be charged on the 15th of the month.
– Ad hoc or separately scheduled bookings may be charged separately, including up to four (4) days prior to the scheduled service date.

One-Time Services

For one-time services, a hold may be placed on the confirmed booking twenty-four (24) hours prior to the service start date and time. This hold may appear as a charge, though it may only be a temporary card authorization. Most bookings are processed on or before the scheduled date of service. If cash payment is approved, payment must be received at the start of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payment Methods

CleanServices Jacksonville may require payment through an approved credit or debit card, which the Client agrees to keep on file where applicable. Payments may be processed through Stripe or another approved payment processor by CleanServices USA LLC. The Client understands that a card may be authorized, held, or charged prior to the scheduled start of a booking to confirm reservations, reduce no-show risk, or address cancellation exposure.

Cash payments may be accepted only for select service types and amounts, at the sole discretion of the Company.

Additional Charges

CleanServices Jacksonville may assess additional charges on a per-cleaning or per-service basis when warranted by scope, access, timing, property condition, or requested accommodations. These charges may be identified during booking, pre-service review, on-site inspection, or as otherwise reasonably discovered.

Examples of possible additional charges include:
– Same-day booking or urgent scheduling fees
– Late check-out or early check-in coordination
– Pet-related cleaning or accommodations
– Excess trash removal
– Late cancellation fees
– Handyman or ancillary labor charges
– Consumables reimbursement
– Special access coordination
– Added scope or service extensions
– Specialty or unusual cleaning conditions

Where practical, the Client will be notified when additional charges apply. The Company reserves the right to invoice or charge for approved, necessary, or contractually authorized additions to scope or service.

Scheduling

Clients may book services up to twenty-four (24) hours in advance in certain cases without an additional charge, subject to availability. Bookings requested within a shorter window may be subject to additional charges or limited scheduling availability.

Reimbursement of Expenses

The Company is generally responsible for supplying standard cleaning tools, supplies, and products needed to perform routine services. Any supplies, tools, products, accommodations, or specialty items specifically requested by the Client may be the responsibility of the Client to provide or reimburse. The Client agrees to reimburse the Company for reasonable, approved, or necessary expenses incurred in the performance of services.

Refunds and Partial Refunds

Unless otherwise required by law, no service is automatically eligible for a full refund. Services may be eligible for a partial refund, service credit, or corrective action at the sole discretion of the Company. Any request for adjustment, correction, or partial refund must be supported by timely notice and reasonably verifiable information.

The Client may be deemed to have accepted services unless the Client timely reports a service-related concern in accordance with the Company’s service guarantee, if applicable, or other stated complaint window. The amount and form of any refund, credit, or accommodation remains at the discretion of the Company unless otherwise required by law or contract.

Promotions, Discounts, Referrals, Loyalty Programs, and Contests

From time to time, the Company may offer promotions, discount codes, referral incentives, contests, loyalty rewards, or seasonal sales. Unless otherwise required by law, all such offers are discretionary, limited, and subject to change, suspension, or termination without prior notice.

General rules applicable to promotions and similar offers include:
– Limit one discount, promotional code, or offer per customer unless expressly stated otherwise.
– Offers may be restricted by service type, location, timing, or account status.
– Promotions may not be combined unless expressly stated.
– Expired promotions may not be honored after their expiration date.
– Military or other standing discounts may not be stackable with other discounts unless expressly stated.
– Fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, or manipulative use of offers may result in disqualification and/or termination of service eligibility.

Service Agreements and Scope

These Terms govern the use of the Website and related Service generally. Specific cleaning services may also be governed by separate service agreements, recurring service agreements, proposals, invoices, checkout policies, booking confirmations, email approvals, text confirmations, addenda, client dashboards, or other written terms issued by the Company. If a separate signed or accepted service agreement exists, that agreement may control to the extent of any direct conflict regarding service scope, pricing, scheduling, access, or job-specific obligations.

AI Use and Transparency

CleanServices Jacksonville uses technology, including artificial intelligence and automated tools, to support internal operations, logistics, customer communication, recruiting support, quality review, and efficiency improvements.

How We Use AI

We may use AI-driven or automated tools in the following areas:
– Scheduling and logistics optimization
– Customer support assistance
– Hiring support and administrative review
– Feedback and quality analysis
– Internal business process efficiency

Human Oversight

AI is used to support, not replace, human judgment. Final decisions regarding employment, service issues, disputes, policy enforcement, customer accommodations, and operational judgment remain subject to human review and authority.

Privacy and Security

We are committed to protecting client, applicant, and employee data. Any AI or automated tools used in our operations are intended to support lawful and responsible business activity, and we strive to maintain commercially reasonable privacy and security safeguards.

Termination or Suspension

We may terminate, suspend, limit, or deny Your access to the Website, Booking Platform, or Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if You breach these Terms, misuse the Service, provide false information, interfere with operations, fail to pay required amounts, engage in abusive conduct, or create risk for the Company.

Upon termination, Your right to use the Service will cease immediately, except for provisions that reasonably survive termination.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total liability of the Company and its suppliers, affiliates, service providers, managers, employees, agents, and contractors under any provision of these Terms shall be limited to the amount actually paid by You to the Company for the specific Service giving rise to the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100.00), whichever is greater, unless otherwise required by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages whatsoever, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, reputational harm, service delays, property access issues, third-party platform issues, or personal inconvenience arising out of or in connection with the use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude liability where such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, with all faults and without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Without limiting the foregoing, the Company expressly disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing, course of performance, usage, or trade practice.

The Company does not warrant that the Website, Booking Platform, communications systems, or related services will always be uninterrupted, secure, timely, accurate, complete, or error-free.

Governing Law

These Terms and Your use of the Service shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Your use of the Service may also be subject to other local, state, or federal laws.

Dispute Resolution

If You have any concern or dispute about the Service, You agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the Company directly.

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, the Company reserves all rights and remedies available under applicable law.

United States Legal Compliance

You represent and warrant that:
(i) You are not located in a country that is subject to a United States government embargo or designated by the United States government as a “terrorist supporting” country; and
(ii) You are not listed on any United States government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

Severability and Waiver

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be modified and interpreted so as to best accomplish the objectives of the original provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Waiver

Except as expressly provided in these Terms, the failure to exercise a right or require performance of an obligation shall not affect a party’s ability to exercise such right or require such performance at any time thereafter, nor shall the waiver of a breach constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.

Translation Interpretation

These Terms and Conditions may be translated if we make them available in another language. You agree that the original English text shall prevail in the event of any conflict or dispute.
