The only thing I regret is waiting so long to call! They did an AMAZING job and I highly recommend. I had two bathrooms cleaned and a laundry room. It was a lot of work as I had a bunch of mold and mildew, built up that I was embarrassed about. Now I wish I had called sooner. Thank you all so much!

Great customer service

I booked Cleanservices Jacksonville for a deep clean before family came into town and they really delivered. The team showed up right on time and got straight to work without wasting a minute. They were super detailed especially in the kitchen and bathrooms which honestly looked better than when I first moved in.
What stood out to me was how thorough they were without rushing. You can tell they take pride in what they do. Communication was smooth from booking to completion and pricing felt fair for the level of service.
If you are in Jacksonville and need a reliable cleaning service I would definitely recommend them.

I’m honestly disappointed. I expected a much higher level of service for the price I paid, especially after choosing this company based on its high Google reviews.

My home was already very clean to begin with, and I paid extra for specific deep-cleaning services that were not completed. Several of the paid add-ons were not addressed at all, including:

•Oven cleaning (untouched)
•Bedding (untouched)
•Inside of cabinets (untouched)

After the cleaning was completed, the supervisor walked through the house wearing shoes and left muddy footprints and shoe prints on the floors. The final mopping also left noticeable streaks on my wooden floors.

I ultimately spent some time after they left doing additional cleaning and touch-ups that I had paid for and expected to be completed.

Overall, the service did not match what was paid for and did not justify the cost.

The quality of the service was great! The place I'm moving into is spotless.

I was soooo disappointed in their service. I asked them to specifically clean baseboards and interior doors and the photos show how well they were cleaned. Also, the finish in my kitchen sink was ruined. I give them a big fat ZERO.

After experiencing my first professional cleaning service at home, I am thoroughly impressed and satisfied with the results. The team, Andrew and Margo from SVS Cleaning Service arrived promptly and was incredibly courteous from the outset. They did a wonderful job.

SVS serviced my move cleaning. They were very thorough with everything. They even got my walk-in shower cleaner than it was before I moved four years ago. The stove/ oven looked brand new. They also cleaned the carpet it looks great. I highly recommend using SVS for any type cleaning service.

I recently hired SVS Cleaning Services for a deep clean of my home, and overall, I was satisfied with their service. However, there were a couple of notable issues that I noticed. I made these issues known to the company and they came back out and did a no charge re-service. All the issues were fixed right away.

Their customer service is top-tier. Their determination to ensure a consistently high-quality cleaning experience for their customers is commendable.

SVS cleaned our refrigerator and oven as part of our required move-out cleaning from our rental property. The fridge and freezer looked brand new and the oven was left in wonderful condition. I’d highly recommend them!

I found SVS on Yelp and they responded immediately to an urgent need I had. My father had passed away and I was flying into town. I had a short window to work with for a big residential job. Andrew responded within hours and was able to meet job needs within 24 hours. He and his crew were flexible, professional, friendly, and very thorough. I'd recommend SVS for any cleaning needs.

Had some pretty deep carpet stains and one bedroom with a lot of dirt and stains and they cleaned my carpet so well the smell was immediately noticeable cleaner. would highly recommend them.

We hired SVS for a deep cleaning after some renovations, and also to get a stain out of our couch. I was trying to book during a vacation the week before Thanksgiving, and they were able to get me a reasonable quote extremely quickly via Yelp. Thankfully, they were available, and were able to come prior to Thanksgiving. When I tell you we had drywall dust everywhere, I mean EVERYWHERE. Even though they happened to be short staffed, SVS came through and was able to clean our house and our couch, so there's no more drywall dust! I was most impressed with the couch - I wish I had taken before and after pictures! I had tried twice to get the stain out myself, and it wouldn't budge. They got it out immediately! Thank you for all of your cleaning help, SVS!

They missed a little bit of dusting and table cleaning. But, they had an emergency, so it's ok. One other thing special for our house only. But, will discuss that with them privately.
