Terms & Conditions:
Terms of Service
CleanServices Jacksonville
Effective Date: October 1, 2026
Please read these Terms before confirming a booking. They explain service expectations, scheduling, payment, and available remedies.
CleanServices Jacksonville is operated by CleanServices USA LLC. Residential customers may book one-time or recurring cleaning without a separately signed service agreement or a minimum service commitment. The accepted Terms and booking details still create obligations for both parties. Short-term rental (STR) cleaning is classified as residential cleaning for this booking policy and also requires no separate service agreement. This policy also covers standalone residential specialty cleaning, exterior cleaning, and yard services, as well as selected add-ons. Commercial cleaning continues to require a separate service agreement.
Interpretation and Definitions
“Company,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean CleanServices Jacksonville, operated by CleanServices USA LLC, with a business address of 7350 Blanding Blvd., Jacksonville, FL 32244.
“You” or “customer” means the individual booking or using our services, or an authorized representative acting for another person or entity.
“Website” means cleanservicesjax.com. “Booking Platform” means BookingKoala, our third-party automated booking and scheduling platform, including csjbooking.com and associated booking pages.
“Service” includes our website, booking platform, related communications, estimates, scheduling, and cleaning services.
“Booking Details” means the scope, price, property information, service date or arrival window, payment schedule, and any service-specific policies we present and you accept before a booking is confirmed. For recurring services, it includes the agreed frequency and how future visits are scheduled and charged.
“Terms” means these Terms and Conditions. “Third-Party Services” means services, platforms, processors, tools, software, or content provided by others.
Acknowledgment and Policy Acceptance
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to arrange service and property access. Any person authorizing payment must be authorized to use that payment method.
Before finalizing a residential booking, we provide these Terms and the Booking Details and request your affirmative acceptance. Acceptance may be recorded through an unchecked online checkbox, an electronic acceptance link, or an explicit text or email reply identifying the booking and applicable Terms. Telephone bookings follow the same acceptance process before confirmation. If electronic acceptance is unavailable, contact us to arrange another documented method.
Requesting a quote, contacting us, submitting an inquiry, receiving a confirmation message, or remaining silent does not by itself establish acceptance of cleaning terms or payment authorization. A booking becomes confirmed after your acceptance and our confirmation, subject to the payment requirements disclosed for that booking.
Please review our Privacy Policy for information about how we handle personal information. Acceptance of these Terms does not provide separate consent for marketing, public use of property photos, or unrelated data uses.
Website and Booking Platform Use
Our website provides company information, service descriptions, policies, service areas, and booking access. The booking platform may use a third-party domain to collect scheduling, property, contact, and payment information.
Use these systems lawfully and do not interfere with their operation, submit knowingly false information, or violate the rights of others. We may restrict misuse. Merely browsing the website does not authorize cleaning services, recurring visits, or charges.
Service Requests, Estimates, and Bookings
An inquiry, estimate, or booking request does not guarantee availability. Bookings remain subject to availability, scope and price confirmation, and operational review.
We clean the areas and perform the tasks identified in the accepted Booking Details or applicable checklist. Unlisted tasks and add-ons are excluded unless separately approved. Standard cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in or move-out cleaning, and residential post-construction cleaning have different scopes. Cleaning does not include repairs or restoration unless specifically offered and approved.
Our cleaning prices are flat rates based on the accepted scope and property condition, rather than hours worked. Estimated service durations are for scheduling purposes. Give accurate information about the property size, rooms, occupancy, pets, condition, access, and requested work. Disclose fragile finishes, damaged or loose fixtures, prior chemical treatments, allergies or sensitivities relevant to cleaning, and known safety hazards.
If the property description is inaccurate or we discover excessive buildup, unexpected debris, construction residue, or work outside the accepted scope, we will explain the issue and request approval for a revised scope and price before performing added work or charging more. You may approve the revision, agree to a reduced scope at an agreed price, or decline the proposed change. Silence is not approval. If we cannot reach you, we may perform only the accepted work that can safely be completed or pause the affected work.
If the original scope cannot reasonably or safely be performed, we will explain the options and adjust payment for work not performed. A cancellation or service-attempt fee applies only if its amount or calculation and triggering conditions were separately disclosed and accepted before booking. We do not automatically charge the full cleaning price merely because a revised quote is declined.
Residential recurring services — no long-term commitment
Recurring residential service means visits continue at the frequency you affirmatively select until you pause or cancel them. It is not a fixed-term plan or a commitment to a minimum number of visits. Each visit remains subject to the accepted scope, price, payment schedule, and appointment policies.
You may cancel one visit, skip a visit, pause service, change frequency, or end recurring service by contacting us through the methods below. Tell us whether your request concerns a single appointment or all future appointments. Canceling one visit does not automatically cancel the entire recurring schedule.
Skipped visits and reduced frequency may increase buildup and affect the price or scope of a later visit. We will disclose any proposed change and obtain approval before applying it. There is no automatic retroactive recovery of recurring discounts unless an applicable condition was clearly disclosed and accepted in advance.
New prices, additional visits, frequency changes, and material scope changes require your approval. If you decline a proposed change, we may discontinue future visits after notifying you and reconciling any unused prepayment.
Cancellations, rescheduling, and property access
These policies apply to residential cleaning. STR bookings use the specific cancellation rules below, which control any difference in cancellation-fee amounts or eligibility. Contact us by phone or text at (904) 447-5668 or email info@cleanservicesjax.com to cancel, reschedule, pause, or end service. You may also use a cancellation option offered by our booking platform. Notice is received when successfully delivered through an accepted channel; it does not depend on when we send an acknowledgment. Tell us whether you are canceling one visit or all future visits.
- At least 24 hours before the scheduled service start: You may cancel without the $50 late-cancellation fee. If payment was collected, the prepaid amount is refunded less a 5% transaction processing and administrative deduction, unless a legal right to a full refund applies.
- Less than 24 hours before the scheduled service start: A $50 cancellation fee applies to non-STR residential bookings. STR bookings follow the $25 host-cancellation rule below. A rescheduling request in this period may be treated as a late cancellation and incur the same $50 fee.
- After dispatch, arrival, or a failed access attempt: If the appointment must be canceled because of customer-controlled access, readiness, or unsafe conditions, the applicable non-STR residential cancellation charge is $50, replacing any full-service, dispatch, lockout, or other cancellation-related service-attempt charge. We do not add those charges to the $50 fee. Work already performed and accepted is billed separately as completed work, rather than as a cancellation penalty.
The 5% deduction continues to apply to prepaid cancellation refunds, including refunds after a late cancellation. It is separate from any applicable cancellation fee ($50 for non-STR residential late cancellations or $25 for qualifying STR host cancellations). The deduction is calculated on the prepaid amount attributable to the canceled, unperformed service. Any refund is that prepaid amount less the applicable cancellation fee and the 5% deduction, without a negative refund or double collection of the same fee. If no payment was captured, there is no refund-processing deduction on merely releasing a hold; any applicable cancellation fee remains due. Fees already paid are credited in the reconciliation. These deductions do not override a legal entitlement to a full refund or the company-caused cancellation rule below.
STR cancellations, credits, and refunds
For STR bookings, a $25 cancellation fee applies only when the host cancels less than 24 hours before the scheduled service start. It replaces the general $50 residential cancellation fee; the two fees are not combined. No STR cancellation fee applies when the host cancels at least 24 hours ahead or when the cleaning is canceled because the guest canceled their reservation. Notify us promptly of a guest-reservation cancellation; we may request reasonable verification. A host relaying a guest cancellation does not by itself turn that cancellation into a chargeable host cancellation.
The $25 fee is triggered by the host’s late cancellation, not by requesting a refund, choosing a credit, having no future bookings, or ending service indefinitely. No full-service cancellation or dispatch penalty is added. Completed work remains payable separately as completed work, rather than a cancellation penalty.
Unused STR prepayment may be carried forward as a credit to the next scheduled cleaning. You may specifically request a refund instead. If no future booking is anticipated or services end indefinitely, we will issue a refund rather than retain the unused credit indefinitely. Any $25 fee properly incurred for a late host cancellation remains due regardless of whether unused funds are credited or refunded; it is collected or reconciled once, not twice. No cancellation fee is deducted from funds for a guest cancellation or a timely host cancellation.
The separately disclosed 5% deduction applies to prepaid cancellation refunds, including STR refunds, subject to applicable law and the company-caused cancellation exception. A guest cancellation or timely host cancellation has no $25 fee, although the separate 5% refund deduction remains applicable. A credit carried to the next booking is not a refund and does not incur that refund deduction. Refunds reconcile unused prepayment, any applicable cancellation fee already collected, and the 5% deduction without double collection or a negative refund.
Documented emergencies, severe weather, natural disasters, and circumstances beyond either party’s reasonable control may qualify for a case-by-case exception. We will work with you toward a fair resolution. Exterior work may be rescheduled for weather without penalty. Ending future recurring residential service has no separate minimum-term or early-termination penalty; an already scheduled visit remains subject to this appointment policy.
Provide safe, timely access, accurate entry instructions, working access codes, notice of alarms or restrictions, necessary utilities, and reasonably accessible work areas. Secure pets. If we cannot enter or safely begin, we will attempt to contact you before treating the visit as a failed service attempt. These Terms do not establish a fixed waiting period or a separate waiting-time fee.
Unsafe conditions and company scheduling changes
We may refuse, pause, or discontinue unsafe work, including work involving aggressive animals, harassment, structural instability, exposed electrical hazards, hazardous substances, biological contamination, or unsafe construction conditions. Specialized remediation is outside routine cleaning unless expressly offered and appropriately authorized.
We will explain the affected work and available options. Any additional work, charges, or changed scope require approval. Payment will be reconciled for services actually performed and any previously accepted, applicable fee; we will not automatically retain the full price for work not performed.
If staffing, weather, an emergency, or another operational problem prevents us from performing a scheduled visit, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible and offer rescheduling. If you decline rescheduling or we cannot provide the service, we will refund the unused payment for that visit. You will not be charged a customer cancellation or lockout fee for a cancellation caused by us.
SMS Communications and Consent
With your consent, we may send service-related text messages, including appointment confirmations, reminders, scheduling changes, arrival notices, service updates, support messages, and follow-up concerning requested or active services.
Providing a phone number alone does not constitute consent to marketing texts. Any SMS checkbox is separate from booking and payment acceptance and is not preselected. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase. We use documented consent appropriate to the messages and technology involved.
Message frequency varies with service activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance, or contact (904) 447-5668 or info@cleanservicesjax.com. If you opt out, we will use another agreed contact method for essential service communications. We do not sell, rent, or share phone numbers or SMS consent information with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Third-Party Links and Services
We may use or link to third-party booking providers, payment processors, analytics tools, map providers, advertising services, and other content. Their own terms and privacy policies may apply.
We do not control third-party content or guarantee uninterrupted third-party availability. These limitations do not remove our obligations concerning our own services, instructions, billing, or conduct. Review the relevant third-party terms before use.
Payments, Charges, and Billing
Payment authorization and card-on-file consent
By adding a card through our secure booking process and affirmatively accepting the displayed payment authorization, you authorize CleanServices USA LLC, operating as CleanServices Jacksonville, to save that card through Stripe, place the disclosed temporary authorization hold, and charge accepted service amounts and applicable policy fees. For a recurring schedule, the authorization covers the accepted series of visits, including payments when you are not present; a new authorization is not required for each unchanged visit.
The authorization identifies the accepted price, applicable taxes if any, approved fees, service frequency, and hold/charge timing. Card-on-file authorization does not permit unapproved additional work, arbitrary expenses, undisclosed fees, or charges after authorization is revoked. We retain the affirmative acceptance record and provide a copy with your booking confirmation. Merely entering card details without the disclosed acceptance process is not our authorization procedure.
Payment timing by service category
Regular residential recurring cleaning — excluding STR: Cleanings scheduled for the 1st through the 15th may be charged on the 1st. Cleanings scheduled for the 16th through the end of the month may be charged on the 15th. Each payment covers the identified, confirmed visits in that billing period at their accepted prices. The booking summary shows the first charge and applicable billing schedule. Canceled or skipped visits are reconciled under the accepted policies; the schedule does not authorize charging for unbooked visits.
STR cleaning — including regularly scheduled turnovers: Payment is processed on the service date, or a completed charge may be processed up to four days before the confirmed service date when that advance charge and its amount are disclosed and authorized. The residential 1st/15th billing schedule does not apply to STR services.
Other one-time residential services: Payment is processed on the service date unless an approved non-card arrangement applies. Four-day completed advance charging is limited to STR services under this policy.
Any temporary authorization hold is for the full accepted booking total. The applicable hold timing is disclosed before authorization. A hold reserves available funds or credit and may appear as pending; it is not a completed payment. Capturing the hold completes the authorized payment and must not duplicate it. The booking summary identifies hold timing separately from the completed charge date. For a one-time booking, a hold may be placed 24 hours before service when disclosed and authorized.
Your bank may display an authorization or completed transaction under an earlier or later statement date or post it later than our processing date. This does not permit us to initiate a completed charge earlier than authorized.
Prepayment is credited to the identified visits. Cancellation refunds and fees follow the accepted cancellation policy and any applicable STR exception. If we cancel for reasons attributable to us and cannot provide an acceptable replacement, unused payment for that service is refunded without the customer cancellation fee or 5% deduction. If cash payment is approved, payment is due at the start of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment methods and recurring authorization
Stripe is our active payment processor, integrated with BookingKoala. We may require an approved credit or debit card for a particular booking or an authorized recurring-payment arrangement; these Terms do not establish a universal card-on-file requirement for every service. Cash may be accepted for selected service types and amounts with our approval. Submit card details through the secure payment channel, not text or email.
For recurring service, your accepted booking authorization states the frequency, per-visit amount, applicable fees, and payment timing. The confirmation provides a copy of that authorization. Where consumer debit-card or other consumer-account payment rules apply, we will also provide any required notices of varying amounts or obtain an appropriate customer-elected notice arrangement. Initial authorization and its confirmation do not remove those requirements.
You may contact us to revoke future automatic-payment authorization or request removal of a saved method. We will stop future use under the revoked authorization and arrange another approved payment method for properly due amounts. Revocation does not erase amounts already properly incurred. Ending recurring service stops new recurring-service charges; any accepted remaining balance is separately reconciled. Payment records may be retained for lawful recordkeeping purposes.
Additional charges and expense reimbursement
Possible additions may include urgent scheduling, late check-out or early check-in coordination, pet-related work, excess trash removal, special access arrangements, ancillary labor, consumables, specialty cleaning, or extensions of scope. These examples do not create a fee schedule or authorize a charge.
We disclose any adopted fee or proposed additional work, its price, and any effect on timing before requesting approval. We obtain approval before performing or charging for work beyond the accepted scope. The late-cancellation fee is $50 for non-STR residential bookings; STR host cancellations less than 24 hours before service incur $25 under the specific policy above. A $75 rush fee applies to an expedited booking when disclosed in the booking total and accepted before confirmation.
A $50 adjustment may apply when pets, pet hair, or significant dander are discovered but were not disclosed at booking. We explain the affected work and obtain approval for the added cleaning and price before performing it or charging the adjustment. Any ordinary pet add-on already in the quote is identified separately; this clause does not authorize duplicate pet charges.
We generally supply the standard tools and products needed for routine cleaning. Customer-requested specialty items or expenses are reimbursable only when the item and amount, or an agreed maximum, are approved in advance. Expenses we consider necessary are not automatically chargeable without approval.
Same-day rush scheduling and unpaid balances
A $75 rush fee applies to an available same-day service booked less than 24 hours before its start and initiated before 6:30 p.m. Eastern Time on that day. The service start must be scheduled at least three hours after the booking is initiated. This is a minimum lead time before work begins, not a promise that cleaning will be completed within three hours. Availability and our confirmation are still required.
Requests initiated at or after the cutoff are not eligible for same-day service under this rush policy. A next-day appointment is not automatically a same-day rush booking merely because it falls within 24 hours. The fee is shown in the booking total before acceptance. Times follow Jacksonville’s local Eastern Time, including seasonal daylight-saving changes.
If an authorized payment fails, we will notify you and request an approved payment arrangement. We may pause future service until payment is resolved. Late-payment fees are not established by these Terms; they apply only under a separately disclosed, accepted, lawful policy. We may pursue properly due balances through lawful means.
Refunds, Satisfaction Concerns, and Damage Reporting
We perform accepted cleaning services with reasonable care. Stain removal and restoration to new condition are not guaranteed. Age, prior damage, chemical treatments, humidity, ventilation, and other property conditions can affect results.
Satisfaction guarantee and completed-service remedies
If an area was missed or was not cleaned according to the accepted scope, notify us within 24 hours of service completion, identifying the affected areas and booking. We will schedule a return visit to correct the identified covered issue at no additional charge. Please provide reasonable access for corrective cleaning. This guarantee concerns the original scope, not new cleaning needs arising after service.
Our normal remedy for completed-service quality concerns is corrective cleaning rather than a routine refund. We do not guarantee a refund simply because a customer prefers reimbursement. However, this policy does not prevent a refund or other remedy where required by law or where corrective service cannot reasonably address our failure to provide the accepted service. We will review the circumstances and discuss an appropriate resolution. You need not accept a credit in place of a refund required by law.
The 24-hour window governs the additional satisfaction/re-service guarantee. It is not a blanket waiver of damage claims, billing disputes, or statutory rights. This satisfaction guarantee applies to both residential and STR bookings.
Report suspected service-related damage as soon as reasonably possible after discovering it. Provide the location, description, and available supporting information, and preserve the item or evidence where practical. Take reasonable steps to prevent further damage. Delayed notice may affect investigation, but it does not automatically waive a claim or shorten a legal deadline.
Cleaning may reveal existing wear, stains, loose fixtures, cracked grout, weakened finishes, water damage, or other hidden defects. We are not responsible for conditions we did not cause. This disclosure does not excuse damage caused by our failure to exercise reasonable care, subject to applicable law and the liability provisions below.
Completed-service concerns follow the corrective-service policy above. Cancellations and unused prepayments follow the accepted cancellation policy and applicable exceptions. We will explain the basis for any payment adjustment. Refunds ordinarily return to the original payment method where available; bank and processor posting times may vary. Contact us with billing errors or unauthorized-charge concerns. These Terms do not waive rights to contact your bank, dispute a charge, report a concern to a regulator, or pursue remedies available by law.
We will arrange the corrective visit with you and initiate approved refunds promptly. These Terms do not promise a fixed corrective-visit or refund-posting deadline; bank and processor timing can vary.
Promotions, Discounts, Referrals, Loyalty Programs, and Contests
Promotions and incentives are subject to the rules disclosed with the offer. Unless the offer states otherwise:
- One discount or offer applies per customer, and offers cannot be combined.
- Eligibility may depend on service type, location, timing, or account status.
- Expired offers need not be honored for new bookings.
- Military and other standing discounts are not stackable with other discounts.
- Fraudulent or deceptive use may result in disqualification.
We may change or discontinue offers for future bookings, but will honor an eligible offer already accepted for a confirmed booking. Separate contest or promotion rules apply when supplied; these Terms do not replace required offer-specific disclosures.
Service Agreements and Scope
For residential cleaning, including STR turnover bookings requested by an owner, host, or authorized property manager, these Terms, accepted Booking Details, and specifically identified and accepted service checklists or policies govern the booking. No separate residential service-agreement signature or minimum service term is required. A job-specific change controls only where its scope and effect are clearly disclosed and accepted; an invoice or message does not unilaterally amend accepted terms.
Commercial cleaning requires a separate service agreement. These Terms do not cancel, amend, or replace commercial agreement requirements. A signed or otherwise accepted commercial agreement controls a direct conflict concerning commercial scope, pricing, scheduling, access, or job-specific obligations as provided in that agreement.
Existing residential agreements are not automatically terminated or amended by publication of these Terms. Any transition of an existing agreement must be separately confirmed with the customer and documented as needed under that agreement.
STR turnover and residential add-ons
STR cleaning is billed per turnover at the accepted scope-based rate. The host or authorized property manager must provide a workable turnover window, ensure departing guests have vacated, and provide entry instructions. Delayed access and unusually heavy guest debris may require an approved scope change, revised price, rescheduling, or a failed-attempt charge under the cancellation/access policy.
We will explain any compressed window and agree on realistic priorities before confirming a reduced scope. We do not guarantee completion of all original tasks when customer-controlled delays leave insufficient time, but will report unfinished work. This limitation does not excuse an unreasonable schedule we knowingly accepted or a delay caused by us.
Laundry, linen replacement, restocking, exterior work, and yard work are included only when selected and priced in the accepted scope. Laundry may occur on-site or off-site as disclosed for the booking. We are not responsible for pre-existing linen wear, stains, deterioration, or manufacturer defects, or guest-caused damage we did not cause. Reasonable-care obligations remain. Restock supply purchases or reimbursements require advance approval.
We may document and report guest damage or abnormal conditions for service records. Permission to publish property images or images of people for marketing remains separate and optional.
Standalone residential specialty cleaning, exterior cleaning, and yard services also use this booking policy without a separately signed service agreement. Only selected tasks are included. The accepted Booking Details must identify the methods, exclusions, property preparation, and service-specific risks relevant to the work. Exterior work may be rescheduled for weather without penalty. These Terms do not authorize undisclosed work or replace the need to describe service-specific risks before acceptance.
AI Use and Transparency
We may use artificial intelligence and automated tools for scheduling, logistics, customer-support assistance, recruiting administration, quality analysis, and internal efficiency.
These tools support human judgment. Final decisions concerning employment, service issues, disputes, accommodations, and policy enforcement remain subject to human review. We seek to maintain commercially reasonable privacy and security safeguards consistent with our Privacy Policy. This statement is not a guarantee that technology or security controls will be error-free.
Termination or Suspension
We may restrict website misuse or pause or discontinue service for nonpayment, materially inaccurate information, abusive conduct, unsafe conditions, or other legitimate operational reasons. We will give notice where reasonably practical; immediate action may be necessary for safety or misuse.
Residential customers may end future recurring service without a minimum-term penalty, subject to the accepted policy for any already scheduled appointment. On termination, we reconcile completed work, accepted fees, and unused prepayments. Termination does not remove refund obligations, valid claims, or amounts properly due. Commercial termination remains governed by the applicable commercial agreement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total liability of the Company and its suppliers, affiliates, service providers, managers, employees, agents, and contractors under these Terms is limited to the amount you actually paid for the specific Service giving rise to the claim, or USD $100, whichever is greater.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, those parties are not liable for special, incidental, indirect, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, business interruption, reputational harm, or losses arising from third-party platform failures.
These limitations do not apply to fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability or remedy that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limit. They do not limit an agreed refund of unused prepayments. Nothing in this section excuses the obligation to exercise reasonable care when performing cleaning services.
Disclaimers
The website, booking platform, and informational technology features are provided “as is” and “as available,” to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that those systems will be uninterrupted, secure, timely, complete, or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties concerning those technology features, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
This technology disclaimer does not override the accepted cleaning scope, our obligation to exercise reasonable care, an expressly offered service guarantee, or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Cleaning results remain subject to the property and stain limitations described above.
Governing Law
These Terms and Your use of the Service shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Your use of the Service may also be subject to other local, state, or federal laws.
Dispute Resolution
If you have a concern or dispute, please contact us first so we can attempt an informal resolution. We will review the issue and discuss available options.
Informal resolution does not prevent either party from taking timely action to preserve legal rights, contacting a bank or regulator, or pursuing remedies available under applicable law. These Terms do not require arbitration or waive access to court. Both parties retain lawful rights and remedies if informal resolution is unsuccessful.
United States Legal Compliance
You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a United States government embargo or designated as a terrorist-supporting country and are not listed on a United States government list of prohibited or restricted parties, to the extent those restrictions apply to the transaction.
Severability and Waiver
If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited or interpreted only to the extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect where possible.
Failure to enforce a right immediately does not waive that right. Waiver of one breach does not waive a later breach.
Translation Interpretation
If we provide a translation, the original English text controls to the extent permitted by law. Contact us before accepting if you need help understanding the Terms or Booking Details.
Changes to These Terms and Conditions
We may revise these Terms for future use and will identify the revised effective date. Material changes affecting cleaning scope, price, payment authorization, cancellation charges, or customer remedies require notice and affirmative acceptance before being applied to a customer’s booking or recurring arrangement.
New Terms do not retroactively alter an accepted booking. If you decline proposed material changes, you may discontinue future residential service, subject to any accepted policy for an already scheduled appointment. Continued browsing or receipt of an update does not by itself authorize new service charges or material changes.
