Affiliate means an entity that controls, is controlled by or is under common control with a party, where “control” means ownership of 50% or more of the shares, equity interest or other securities entitled to vote for election of directors or other managing authority.
Country refers to: Florida, United States
Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to CleanServices Jacksonville, 7350 Blanding Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32244.
Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a cellphone or a digital tablet.
Service refers to the Website.
Terms and Conditions (also referred as “Terms”) mean these Terms and Conditions that form the entire agreement between You and the Company regarding the use of the Service.
Third-party Social Media Service means any services or content (including data, information, products or services) provided by a third-party that may be displayed, included or made available by the Service.

You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

You represent that you are over the age of 18. The Company does not permit those under 18 to use the Service.

Termination
We may terminate or suspend Your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if You breach these Terms and Conditions.
Upon termination, Your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
Limitation of Liability
Notwithstanding any damages that you might incur, the entire liability of the Company and any of its suppliers under any provision of these Terms, and your exclusive remedy for all of the foregoing, shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you through the Service, or 100 USD if you haven’t purchased anything through the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data or other information, business interruption, personal injury, loss of privacy arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Service, third-party software and/or third-party hardware used with the Service, or otherwise in connection with any provision of these Terms), even if the Company or any supplier has been advised of the possibility of such damages, and even if the remedy fails of its essential purpose.
Some states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or the limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, which means that some of the above limitations may not apply. In these states, each party’s liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
“AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” Disclaimer
The Service is provided to you “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” and with all faults and defects, without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the Company, on its own behalf and on behalf of its Affiliates, as well as its and their respective licensors and service providers, expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, with respect to the Service, including all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, as well as warranties that may arise out of course of dealing, course of performance, usage, or trade practice. Without limitation to the foregoing, the Company provides no warranty or undertaking and makes no representation of any kind that the Service will meet your requirements, achieve any intended results, be compatible or work with any other software, applications, systems, or services, operate without interruption, meet any performance or reliability standards, or be error-free, or that any errors or defects can or will be corrected.
Without limiting the foregoing, neither the Company nor any of its providers makes any representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied: (i) as to the operation or availability of the Service, or the information, content, materials, or products included thereon; (ii) that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free; (iii) as to the accuracy, reliability, or currency of any information or content provided through the Service; or (iv) that the Service, its servers, the content, or e-mails sent from or on behalf of the Company are free of viruses, scripts, trojan horses, worms, malware, time bombs, or other harmful components.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain types of warranties or limitations on applicable statutory rights of a consumer, so some or all of the above exclusions and limitations may not apply to you. Governing Law
The laws of the Country, excluding its conflicts of law rules, shall govern this Terms and Your use of the Service. Your use of the Application may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws.
Disputes Resolution
If You have any concern or dispute about the Service, You agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the Company.
For European Union (EU) Users
If You are a European Union consumer, you will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident in.
United States Legal Compliance
You represent and warrant that (i) You are not located in a country that is subject to the United States government embargo, or that has been designated by the United States government as a “terrorist supporting” country, and (ii) You are not listed on any United States government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
Severability and Waiver
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Waiver
Except as provided herein, the failure to exercise a right or to require performance of an obligation under these Terms shall not effect a party’s ability to exercise such right or require such performance at any time thereafter nor shall the waiver of a breach constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.
Translation Interpretation
These Terms and Conditions may have been translated if We have made them available to You on our Service. You agree that the original English text shall prevail in the case of a dispute.
Changes to These Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material We will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at Our sole discretion.

Service Fees & Payment Information (General)
- Recurring & Airbnb Services
Charge Schedule:
- Cleanings between the 1st and the 15th: Charged on the 1st of the month.
- Cleanings between the 16th and the last day: Charged on the 15th of the month.
- Booking scheduled ad hoc: Charged separately, payment is charged up to four days prior to the scheduled date of the booking.
Payment Methods:
CleanServices Jacksonville requires payment via an approved credit/debit card, which the Client agrees to keep on file. Payments will be processed through Stripe by CleanServices USA LLC. The Client understands that their credit/debit card may be placed on hold or charged 96 hours before the scheduled start of a booking. This is a standard practice to confirm reservations and address potential cancellation expenses.
Explanation of Additional Charges:
CleanServices Jacksonville assesses these additional charges on a per-cleaning and/or per-service basis. These additional cleaning charges are only assessed upon initial walk-through inspection. The Client will be notified at the beginning of the service if these additional charges shall be assessed.
- Requests for late check-out or early check-in (same-day booking): May incur an additional fee of up to $10.00 in addition to the standard flat rate cleaning fee.
- Pet accommodations: May incur a charge of up to $10.00 alongside the standard flat rate cleaning fee.
- Same-day bookings: This may result in an extra charge of up to $10.00 in addition to the standard flat rate cleaning fee.
- Additional Trash Removal: For trash 13-gal trash bags over 3 bags or excess trash collection, this may result in an extra charge of up to $25.00 in addition to the standard flat rate cleaning fee.
- Late Cancellation (within 24 hours): This may result in an extra charge of up to $15.00 in addition to the standard flat rate cleaning fee.
- Handyman Services: This may result in an extra charge of up to $25.00 per hour in addition to the standard flat rate cleaning fee.
- Consumables Reimbursement: This may result in an extra charge equal to the amount of the product purchased (including sales tax) on behalf of the Client in addition to the standard flat rate cleaning fee.
Scheduling:
The Client may book services up to 24-hours in advance without incurring an additional charge or fee. Should the Client book within this 96-hour period, the Client understands and agrees that an additional charge may be imposed. (See ‘Additional Charges’ for further details).
Reimbursement of Expenses:
The Business is responsible for providing cleaning supplies, tools, and products. Any cleaning supplies or products specifically requested by the Client will be the responsibility of the Client to provide, at the expense of the Client. The Client will reimburse the Business for reasonable expenses incurred by the Business in the provision of services under this Agreement.
Refunds & Partial Refunds:
The Client will be assumed to have accepted the Service(s) unconditionally. No service(s) shall be fully refunded regardless of the quality of the service provided. Services may be subject to partial refund at the discretion of the Business. Should a refund be requested by the Client, it is the Client’s responsibility to provide the Business with verifiable proof that the request for a partial refund is valid. The amount of the partial refund is at the discretion of the Business.
- One-Time Services
Charge Schedule: For all one-time services, a hold will be placed on the confirmed booking 24 hours prior to the service start time and date (this hold may appear as a charge; however, it is merely a card hold). Any card(s) on-file may be charged during this hold period. Most bookings will not be processed for payment until the morning of the scheduled booking. If paying in cash or with CashApp, payment must be received by the on-site representative at the start of the booking. Failure to remit payment at the start of the booking may result in immediate cancellation of the booking/services. The on-site representative will notify the company when payment has been secured.
Payment Methods:

Cash payments are accepted for select services and charge amounts only. The booking coordinator will indicate whether a service type and amount are eligible for cash payment per CleanServices Jacksonville company policy. In some instances, CleanServices Jacksonville may use a card on file to secure the reservation but permit the customer to pay for services in cash (resulting in an override and void of the card on file). Though this method is uncommon, it is available on a case-by-case basis.

Terms & Conditions: Offers, Promotions, Contests, Sales, Referrals, Perks
Promotions:
First-Time Client Discount: New clients are eligible for $30.00 off their first cleaning service when signing up for recurring services. This offer is valid until offer ends and applies to services billed per occurrence. This discount cannot be combined with other promotions or offers.
Limit one discount or discount coupon per customer. This discounts are exclusive to new customers only. First-time customer discounts exclude any add-ons or extras and are specific to standard cleaning service types.
Contests:
Monthly Giveaway: CleanServices Jacksonville will host a monthly contest where participants can win one free one-time standard cleaning service, or promotional item (TBD).
Eligibility: Participants must register on the ‘contest page’ and follow CleanServices Jacksonville on social media and tag a friend in the contest post to qualify.
Contest Period: Entries for each contest will be accepted on specified dates.
Winner Announcement: Winners will be announced via social media by the 5th of the following month.
Restrictions: Limit one entry per household. Winners must redeem their prize within 60 days of notification. Promotions or discounts may not extend past their designated expiration dates.
Promotional Sales:
Valentine’s Day (V-Day) Sale Discount: Clients booking any cleaning services between February 25 and February 15, 2025, will receive a 20% discount.
Booking and Completion: Services must be scheduled and completed by February 15, 2025 to qualify for the discount.
Availability: Appointments are subject to availability and will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
Exclusions: This offer does not apply to recurring services or specialized cleaning tasks beyond standard or deep cleaning packages. Move-in/Move-out and specialty services are excluded. Limit one discount or discount coupon per customer. Discount coupons or promotional discounts may not be combined. Promotions or discounts may not extend past their designated expiration dates. May not apply promotions or discounts with the military discount.
Referrals:
Referral Program: Earn a $50 credit toward your next cleaning service for every friend you refer to CleanServices Jacksonville.
How It Works: Referred clients must complete their first service before the credit is applied.
Unlimited Referrals: There is no limit to the number of referrals a client can make.
Credit Use: Credits may be used for future cleaning services but cannot be redeemed for cash or combined with other promotions. Limit one discount or discount coupon per customer. Discount coupons or promotional discounts may not be combined.
Perks:
Loyalty Rewards Program: Recurring clients can earn rewards points with every service.
Earning Points: Clients earn 10 points for every $100 spent.
Redemption: Accumulated points can be redeemed at a rate of 100 points for one free standard cleaning.
Terms: Points do not expire and can only be redeemed by the account holder. Points are non-transferable and hold no cash value. Loyalty rewards are redeemable at any time.
General Terms:
Promotional Changes: CleanServices Jacksonville reserves the right to modify or terminate promotions, contests, sales, referrals, and perks at any time without prior notice.
Eligibility: All offers are available to clients within CleanServices Jacksonville’s service area and are subject to verification. Military discounts and other various offered discounts are subject to verification.
Fraudulent Activity: Fraudulent or abusive behavior related to promotions, contests, or referrals will result in disqualification and potential termination of service agreements.
- Additional Terms: Discount coupons or promotional discounts may not be combined. Promotions or discounts may not extend past their designated expiration dates. May not apply promotions or discounts with the military discount. Customer will always be offered the lower discounted rate.
