Terms & Conditions
Bookings: All Services are Flat-Rate Pricing. Sales Tax Excluded. $25.00 Service Charge applies to all bookings
Upholstery: Per Item price subject to increase, price based on a 12 square foot loveseat or sofa. (Upholstery pricing depends on severity and size of furniture/upholstery).
Carpet Cleaning: Room over 200 sq. ft. count as 2 rooms (pricing subject to increases for additional square footage). Base-price for 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms up to 1000 sq. ft. and under. Homes larger then 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and over 1000 sq. ft. are subject to increased rate).
Additional Services: Include but are not limited installation of common household items such as door locks, TV mounts, framed pictures/images, mirrors, and/or basic handyman related items.
Moving & Packing Services: In-town moves only, rate/fees are subject to availability and number of hours required to complete job. Vehicle transport limited to sedans and SUV’s only. Moving Services exclude pianos and larger items.
